Mr. Charles Cook

Mr. Charles Cook is a recognized, extraordinarily successful federal civilian/contractor serving as a member of the Senior Executive Service for over 20 years in the Department of Defense (DoD). He has managed the programming, budgeting, execution, and chief financial officer duties at multiple levels. He has multi-disciplined financial management expertise gained from experience in senior management positions with the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), Office of the Secretary of the Navy, the Senate Appropriations Committee (Defense Subcommittee), US Navy, and the US Marine Corps.

Among his many other accomplishments, Mr. Cook served as Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management & Comptroller) from April through August of 2013, ran his own financial management contracting firm leveraging his 40+ years of expertise in the field, and now serves as a Specialist Executive in Government/Public Sector practice (National Security and Domestic Agencies) with Deloitte.
