About Coach MikeMike Czarnecki is the Owner of IT Coach Mike, LLC, which provides IT professionals with individual and group coaching for leadership and career development. Mike has been in IT for nearly 30 years as both a technologist and a leader at multiple levels. Mike is a strong proponent of servant leadership and driving autonomy in his teams to promote growth and accountability which results in strong leaders and high performance. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Management degree from Western Governors University and in 2018 earned his coaching certification through the International Coach Federation.
