Five Strategies to "Lift Your Voice"

And Be Heard - In The Workplace

While women are represented across different levels within organizations, they frequently encounter distinctive challenges, especially in non-traditional or male-dominated sectors. 'Can You Hear Me Now?' is a workshop designed to examine and confront these gender-specific hurdles experienced by professional women.

Through the sharing of qualitative research and open dialogue, participants will explore organizational cultures, listen to the experiences of female colleagues, and utilize appreciative inquiry principles to encourage discussion. Guided conversations will allow participants to provide suggestions, recommendations, and strategies for addressing these challenges systematically, empowering women to confidently express their concerns and drive positive change.
