Deep fakes, privacy concerns and proprietary rights infringement are some of the less savory aspects of GAI.

While GAI is infused with public fascination and investor enthusiasm, government and businesses struggle to apply laws and practices designed for a different digital world and to define principles that will guide future development and use.
