This introductory workshop helps PMI Professionals and organizations understand the impacts of burnout from a psychological perspective. It provides individuals with some tools to identify the onset of burnout within themselves and their team. Integrating Emotional intelligence into the toolset, the course offers numerous practical ways to alleviate burnout for themselves and their team/organization.
