ATC: Super Support Team (SST) Rep

Job Description:

Primary responsibility is to provide Administration, Inside Sales Support and Customer Support to new and existing ATC clients. The role includes interfacing with clients and vendors on behalf of ATC in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry. This position has potential for growth into a Consultant or Project Management role within 12 to 24 months.

Responsibilities: 

Inside Support: 

  1. Support Existing Client Requests: Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletions, Repair Requests, Etc.
  2. Learn New Technologies and Acquire Industry Recognized Certifications.
  3. Explain New Products to Existing and Potential Clients; Clearly Explain Problems to Clients & Set Right Expectations for Resolution.
  4. Create & Maintain Client Records; Update Details in CRM System When Necessary.
Consulting:
  1. Draft Project Work Orders; Complete Audits of Potential Client’s Current Technology Landscape; Secure Quotes From Vendors; Draft Proposals for Potential Clients; Prepare Sales Presentations.
  2. Reconcile Proposed Costs to Actual Invoiced Amounts; Track and Forecast Client Revenue and Commissions.
  3. Assist Project Management Team with Client Onboarding and Project Implementations.

Qualifications: 

Preferred Skills:

  1. Desire to develop deep technical knowledge of the voice, cloud, network, and security and data/AI ecosystems.
  2. Demonstrated ability to utilize personally developed matrices to make key client-facing decisions backed by research and logic.
  3. Excellent and professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Ticketing Systems, CRMs, and various other SaaS applications (specifically Airtable, Zendesk, Hubspot, etc.)
  5. Efficient and effective ability to manage projects, tasks and workload in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
