NCCJ of Greater Dayton empowers youth, strengthens communities, and fosters a more inclusive society.

Youth Leadership: We offer a range of youth leadership programs, from in-school and after-school programs to summer camps and retreats, serving students from elementary to high school. All programs are provided at no cost to participants.

Professional Development: We provide impactful professional development workshops on topics such as cultural competency and inclusive leadership to area businesses and organizations.

Community Service: We operate the Mobile Opportunity Center, a mobile resource unit that brings essential services to underserved communities.

We also host annual community events, including Pride Rocks and the Friendship Celebration.
