Tenet3 is a computer science and engineering firm delivering quantitative cyber security analytics. We specialize in cyber security economics and the strategies and tactics leading to optimal security investments for our clients. Cyber security economics expresses the balance between time spent by the bad guys to break into a system and time spent by the good guys to protect/maintain/recover. This is called Adversary vs. Defender Work Factor. We build software that tracks Adversary/Defender Work Factor over your cyber-physical systems lifecycle. We track Work Factor for systems: 1) as designed; 2) as built; and 3) as operating. We develop and apply quantitative security metrics to assess the protections you have in place versus new protections you may be considering. We assess the value provided by your cyber security expenditures.
