SOCHE has dozens of high school students in career tech programs who are seeking internship opportunities in IT fields (IT helpdesk, cyber, programming, etc.), business (marketing, accounting, graphic design, etc.), and healthcare.

Additionally, they have a grant to supplement the Employer's costs for hosting a high school intern. Below is a sample cost breakdown.

• Student Salary: $15.00 per hour (Paid by SOCHE every two weeks for hours worked. Employer sets the hourly wage or uses SOCHE recommended payscale)
• Employer Hourly Cost: $10.05 per hour (MVIA grant supplements the Employer's costs)
