(Re)Defining the Goal — featuring Dr. Kevin J. Fleming

Dr. Fleming is an educator, author, speaker, and nationally recognized advocate for making education relevant. He is the author of the bestseller (Re)Defining the Goal and producer of the viral Success in the New Economy animation. For more than two decades, he has challenged educators, employers, and communities to think differently about how we prepare young people for meaningful careers.

For our employer partners, this conversation is especially important.

Our students need opportunities to experience the workplace, build skills, solve real problems, and discover where their talents can take them. At the same time, employers need a stronger pipeline of prepared, motivated entry-level talent. Work-based learning is where those needs meet.

We invite Warren County employers to join us, hear Dr. Fleming’s perspective, and consider how your organization can engage students through career exploration, job shadowing, internships, mentorship, school partnerships, and other meaningful work-based learning experiences.

You don’t have to wait until students graduate to begin building your future workforce.

Registration is requested so we can ensure adequate seating and materials for everyone attending.
