AI is reshaping how work gets done and how employees experience their roles, teams, and organizations. In this interactive workshop, leaders will understand what makes AI-driven change different from traditional organizational change and how established change models can support—or sometimes limit—their approach. Participants will examine common emotional responses to change, including resistance, uncertainty, and excitement. The session also provides practical strategies for communicating with employees, listening to concerns, and avoiding language that can increase fear or mistrust. Leave with practical tools, greater confidence, and a clear approach for leading your team through the opportunities and uncertainty of AI-driven change.
