You can run the pros and cons forever. You can read the career blogs, update the resume, scroll the job boards at 11pm. But at some point, the only way forward is a conversation with someone who’s already been where you’re standing.

Not to copy their path. To borrow their clarity.

We’re bringing in three people who took very different routes:

One stayed. Built a career at a single company, found growth without leaving, and learned how to have the hard conversations about what’s next when you’re not going anywhere.

One jumped. Made intentional moves that changed the trajectory. Knows what it feels like to leave something good for something uncertain, and how to tell the difference between running away and running toward.

One wandered in. Came to IT from somewhere else entirely. Took the long way, the weird way, the path that doesn’t fit on a LinkedIn profile. And figured out how to make it an advantage.

This isn’t a panel. No sitting in rows while three people talk at you. You’ll rotate through small group conversations with each of them. Real questions. Real answers. Time to actually talk.
