Lauren Gay, owner of Joui Wine, will be our personal sommelier for the evening, guiding guests through a tasting of three specially selected wines.

Our tech demonstration will come courtesy of the Digital Transformation Center (DTC), powered by University of Dayton Research Institute. They’ll showcase 3D printing and drone technology, and we’ll also have a fun, Mad Libs-style AI prompt activity to keep the energy high.
