This forum focuses on the attraction and retention of talent to our region. Hosted by the First Suburbs Consortium of Dayton in partnership with the National League of Cities and TIP Strategies, this Forum will convene

· Economic development, education, and healthcare professionals

· Nonprofit organizations
This Forum will
· Review national best practices for attracting and retaining talent
· Generate ideas for addressing areas of concern
· Identify opportunities for regional collaboration

Location: Sinclair Conference Center, Building 12, Downtown Dayton and virtual
Cost: $35 for both face-to-face and virtual attendance. (Includes continental breakfast and lunch for those attending the face-to-face Forum.)
Social distancing policies will be observed. Sinclair Community College requires that masks be worn in all meetings, except during meals. Registration is limited to 125 people at SCC; there is no limit to the number of virtual participants.
First Suburbs of Dayton will conform to the Sinclair Community College face-to-face meeting requirements in place on the day of the forum.
Virtual participants will have access to all the presentations and will participate in breakout discussions with other virtual participants.
