Career Fair Description

You are cordially invited to attend the University of Dayton's Fall 2021 Career and Internship Fair!

Promote your organization to an audience of hundreds of bright, enthusiastic, talented and qualified candidates! Organizations are invited to visit our campus and meet with students and alumni from ALL MAJORS seeking employment in internships/coops and full-time opportunities. A limited number of booths are available, so be sure to secure yours today!

REMINDER: When registering your company for this event, please ensure that your registration information is as complete as possible. Students and alumni view your registration information in advance of the event to target the employers they want to meet with at the event, so be sure your profile stands out and clearly identifies your target audience! If you wish to edit your registration after it's been submitted, please contact Career Services.

REGISTRATION FEE (due September 10, 2021):

Corporate: $500 ($200 if registered for virtual fair)
Double Booth (recommended for more than 4 recruiters): $750
Government: $200 ($100 if registered for virtual fair)
Non-Profit: $100 ($50 if registered for virtual fair)


AND INCLUDES:

- One 6' table and two chairs (8' x 8' booth space)
- Free parking
- Assistance with loading and unloading materials
- Lunch for all recruiters

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM     Employer booth setup
11:30 - 1:00 PM             Lunch
1:00 - 5:00 PM             Fair
5:00 - 6:00 PM            Event concludes; booth teardown

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
If your organization chooses to cancel or is unable to attend the Career Fair after registration is approved, please notify our office in writing no later than Friday, September 3, 2021 in order to receive a full refund of your attendance fee. Refunds will not be permitted after this date.


CONFIRMATION & INVOICE:
Upon review of your event registration, you will be contacted via email once you are confirmed to attend this event. Your confirmation email will contain an invoice and payment options for the event. A copy of the University's W9 and additional event details are available through Handshake.
