NCCJ of Greater Dayton, established in 1978, works across Montgomery, Greene & Clark counties to eliminate bias, bigotry, and discrimination. Its programs span workplace DEI training, youth leadership (Anytown, Agents of Change), and community advocacy including suicide prevention & LGBTQ+ initiatives.
