Greetings!

The Affiliate Societies Council of Dayton is excited to announce we are planning to host an in-person TechFest on February 18-19, 2023! We invite you and your organization to be an exhibitor where you will be able to share your STEM experiences with kids from all over the Miami Valley. The 2023 Exhibitor Application is NOW OPEN, and will close on October 31, 2022.

Exhibit Booths can fall into one of the following categories:

·  STEM Activity - Conduct an activity for others to follow along at home.

·  Demonstration - Share an exciting demonstration to help others learn about a STEM concept.

·  Informational - Share the history of an artifact, inventor, etc.

Please visit our TechFest Exhibitors Registration Page to learn more about participating and creating an exhibit for TechFest 2023. The Google Form Application can be accessed and submitted either through the website or via the direct link (bit.ly/TechFestApp23). All applicants will be notified no later than December 1, 2022 regarding their acceptance as an exhibitor.
