Lindsay Wight is the Director and Title IX Coordinator in the Office of Equity and Inclusion at Wright State University. Lindsay began her career at Wright State as the Title IX Investigative and Training Officer in 2015. She also held the role of Interim Assistant Director before assuming her current role. Prior to joining the Office of Equity and Inclusion, Lindsay served as a Deputy Attorney General with the Essex County, New Jersey Division of Law from 2012 until 2015 and specialized in litigating cases of child abuse and neglect. Prior to working at the Attorney General’s office, Ms. Wight clerked in the Superior Court of New Jersey handling family and juvenile cases. Ms. Wight received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Criminology from Ohio University, and received her law degree from Western Michigan Cooley Law School.
