In his 24th year with CenturyLink, Tim has always held customer facing roles and has focused on creative solutions to support the IT initiates of customers along with a superior client experience. Tim has created a decentralized operation model to enable faster decisions in the market, which pushes resources closer to the customer, as opposed to their competitors who are redirecting customers to call centers. Tim is responsible for the Strategic Enterprise channel’s customer facing activity and resourcing; fiber expansions, capital allocation, support resources, and account team’s route to market within the state.

David has gained a wealth of understanding and experience over his 22 years in the telecommunication industry and has developed network infrastructure strategies existing at the intersection of technical design, business requirements, and operational efficiencies.
David inherently understands that technology needs to serve your business, and not the other way around. Having spent years helping enterprise businesses develop their technology roadmaps, he leverages his experience to “separate the wheat from the chaff”, simplifying network architectures to meet the ever-evolving business challenges of his friends and partners.
