Job Description Summary:
Plans, executes and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and budgetary guidelines; responsible for building and maintaining partner relations; uses knowledge of Company marketing strategies and technology to develop initiatives that enhance marketing program effectiveness, speed development and implementation of margin generating activities; remediates system processing failures

Responsibilities:
• Works with IT to ensure systems utilized by Marketing Support teams are running smoothly and reliably
• Responds when system processing fails and intervention from the business is necessary to reschedule activity as needed
• Ensures consistent project management processes for assigned projects; resolves conflicts as they arise
• Reviews and documents Marketing business processes; recommends and implements changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Develops and maintains training materials for Marketing workflows and the technology tools employed in the workflows
• Develops and presents concepts and business cases. Makes recommendations to management accordingly
• Establishes Program direction, priorities and scope based upon corporate strategy. Manages changes accordingly
• Provides project management, design expertise and team leadership for associated Programs
• Designs, develops and implements programs within Company market areas. Provides ongoing support and development once established
• Communicates potential opportunities with internal partners. Solicits feedback prior to finalizing program details
• Evaluates success of programs by analyzing financial profitability, program success and customer satisfaction.
• Compiles and submits program performance reports
• Coordinates program related initiatives with internal partners
• Manages relationships with existing partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Initiates timely communication of critical events that will affect schedule or budget
• Researches opportunities to enhance current marketing programs
• Contacts potential providers/partners and completes necessary vetting procedures prior to developing a business case and formulating a recommendation
• Prioritizes IT projects, enhancements and fixes in order to accomplish business objectives
• Keeps abreast of technology and industry related trends in retail supply chain management, price book, space planning, workflow management, knowledge management and eLearning
• Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by

Job Requirements:
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology or other related field

Experience Requirements:
• Project Management experience preferred
• Advanced level knowledge/experience with one or more marketing technology tool(s) (e.g., replenishment, space management, price book, knowledge management and workflow management)

Skill Requirements:
• Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations
• Demonstrated ability to overcome objections in order to meet various customer needs/requirements
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and agreements
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to research and resolve issues
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds

Additional Requirements:
• Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days of the week consistent with the demands of the retail environment
• Available to travel as needed, which may include overnight stays
• Must have a valid Driver’s License from the state in which Program Manager resides
• Must maintain automotive liability insurance during course of employment
