IT ANALYST II MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with team and management to understand their requirements
- Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
- Coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions
- Integrate multiple systems while considering needs of different teams
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance and implement solutions as needed
- Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
- Provide advice and technical training
- Keep up to date with technology trends and developments, bring recommendations to management
- Other duties as assigned
IT ANALYST II DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- 5-10 years’ experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject preferred
- Experience in project management preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and proficient query writing experience required
- Experience with databases, system security and troubleshooting
- Ability to understand the business and how you will impact the company’s success
